I have long credited Rita Konig for putting All the Best Blog on the map. I have often told the story of Rita posting a link on the domino website to my blog (way back in 2007). It was a bit like the movie Julie and Julia. In one day I went from 2 visitors to 2,000+ visitors. At first I thought something was wrong with my stat counter. Rita was also the very first person I ever profiled on All the Best and the first 'online friend' I befriended offline.

Style writer and interior designer, Rita recently returned to London after 6 years in New York.  In addition to her many talents, she is the European Editor for T Magazine, and continues design projects on both the East and West Coasts of the States. While living in New York, she was Editor-at-Large for cult shelter publication, domino until 2009 and then started her Inside Out column for The Moment at The New York Times. Rita has written for some of the best publications in the world with columns in British Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, The London Telegraph and The London Times and The Wall Street Journal. She has written two books, Domestic Bliss and Rita’s Culinary Trickery, published in both the UK and USA and both met with critical acclaim.

It's been a thrill to watch Rita flourish. She is so wonderfully talented and has a way of making everything she does look effortless. I was so excited to get her note this morning announcing her new website.

It's brilliant. Well done Rita! xo
