Exchange Policies
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for some reason there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer service support for assistance and we will do our best to make it right.

All exchange policies apply only to purchases made through us. You can exchange any non-final sale items within 15 days of the purchase date. However, purchases will only be accepted for an exchange with proof of purchase (the paper invoice received with the order). Used merchandise cannot be returned. A restocking fee may apply.

Exchange Criteria

  • Exchanges are accepted only through the mail or delivery service. No “in person” exchanges will be accepted.
  • We will accept all exchanges within (15) days of the purchase date.
  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received (not worn or washed), and include original packaging/tags. Exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt/invoice.
  • Items marked as “FINAL SALE” and “CLEARANCE” are not available for exchange.

Exchanges are only accepted for the same item in a different size, or for defective item(s). If you receive a damaged item, please contact customer service immediately at inquires@rondacarman.com 

Once the exchangeable, incorrect, or damaged item is received, you will receive an email detailing the availability and shipping status.

How to Make an Easy Exchange

  1.      Fill out your Exchanges Form
  2.      Mail all online exchanges with your invoice/order number as followed:

  1.      Simply drop off your package at your local post office using USPS Tracking®
  2.      Review our Exchange Criteria below and make sure the items are eligible for exchange.
  3.      If you do not have your Exchange Form email us and we will provide you with a new one.

 Shipping

  • We provide prepaid return labels for orders over $150. 
  • Please email us at inquires@rondacarman.com with your order number for detailed information.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. We recommend that you track and insure your package(s).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred with exchange items.

Terms and Conditions

  • Exchanges will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive your package.
  • Exchanges that do not meet our Exchange Criteria are subject to denial.
  • We inspect all Exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the condition.
