Rum Drinks

It's summertime, and nothing feels more like summer than a rum drink. Even if you're not able to get away and feel the sand between your toes, you can still mix up a refreshing drink. Take your rum repertoire beyond the classic Mojito and try a Pineapple Express created by Federico Avila at Bar Belly in New York City.

PINEAPPLE EXPRESS

Ingredients:

2 oz pineapple rum, such as Plantation Stiggins Pineapple Rum

.75 oz lime juice

.75 oz pineapple syrup

Stir all ingredients together and serve over ice in a lowball glass.
