Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern retreats, events, and private experiences organized and operated by Ronda Carman Holdings, LLC (the “Company”). By making a reservation or submitting payment, guests acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1) Reservations and Payments

A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment. The advance payment must be received within five (5) days of reservation.

Upon receipt of payment, a booking reference email and receipt of payment will be issued and serve as confirmation of the booking.

Any remaining balance is due by the date specified on the invoice.

2) Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Time Frame

• 120 days or more prior to the retreat start date: 90% refund.
• 119–60 days prior to the retreat start date: 50% refund or credit toward a future Company retreat or experience.
• Within 60 days of the retreat start date: No refund.
  
  Where possible, credit may be considered at the discretion of the Company

Credit Policy

Any credit issued is discretionary, non-transferable, and may be subject to availability, date restrictions, and expiration as determined by the Company. Credit has no cash value and may not be exchanged for a refund.

3) Assumption of Risk & Conduct

Clay shooting is an inherently physical activity involving firearms and outdoor conditions. All participants must comply with safety instruction and firearm protocols at all times.

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund or credit.

4) Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Ronda Carman Holdings, LLC and the participant.

No modifications are valid unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

5) Age Requirement

Participants must be 21 years of age or older due to firearm liability considerations and the service of alcoholic beverages.

6) Special Requests

Guests must notify the Company in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies. Accommodation of highly specialized diets cannot be guaranteed without prior notice.

7) Photography & Media

By participating, guests grant the Company the irrevocable right to use photography or video captured during the retreat or experience for editorial, promotional, or marketing purposes without compensation.

8) Disputes

Any concerns during a retreat or experience should be promptly brought to the attention of a Company representative so they may be addressed in good faith.

9) Consent & Acceptance

Payment of any advance or partial payment constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

By booking a retreat, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions herein.
